REFUND POLICY

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and establishes the procedure and conditions for refunding funds to the Buyer who paid for the online course on the site.

TERMS OF RETURN
2.1. The Buyer has the right to a refund in the following cases:
if the online course does not match the description;
if the Buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the online course;
in case the Buyer is unable to continue studying on the online course for any reason.
2.2. Refunds are made only if the refund request was submitted by the Buyer within 14 days from the date of payment of the course.

REFUND PROCEDURE
3.1. To make a refund, the Buyer must contact the website's support service with a corresponding request, specifying the reason for the refund and the order number.
3.2. The decision to refund the funds is made by the site administration based on the data provided by the Buyer.

LIMITATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1. The refund does not apply to the cost of additional services or goods purchased as part of the online course.
4.2. The site administration is not responsible for possible losses of the Buyer related to the refund.

FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1. This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement, and the Buyer accepts its terms when registering on the site.
5.2. In case of disputes related to the refund of funds, the parties will seek to resolve them through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
